Let's Be Friends is a Chicago-based community built around one idea: making friends as an adult shouldn't be this hard. We curate fun, low-pressure events and outings designed to help you meet new people, make genuine connections, and feel at home in this city.
From happy hours and girls nights out to pottery classes and farmers market outings, our events are intentionally sized and thoughtfully planned so that real conversation can actually happen. Most people show up solo. Most people leave with new friends.
No small talk required.
-
Our community is mostly women between 25 and 35, and about 90% of attendees show up solo — meaning most people walk in without knowing anyone, just like you. Around 90% of folks at any given event are first-timers, so you're never the odd one out. We do have a handful of regulars who have become a core part of the community, but every event is designed to work just as well for someone who has never been before.
